Retail malls are located at the center of each of the Concourse and the Terminal. Passengers can see the lowest level as well as the roof, and travel between these levels by means of a sky train. The intermediate section is a linear rectangular space, with the duty free retail shops located on the longer side.

The first and business class lobbies, health club, and hotel corridors look down into this space. Enclosed within the skin of the Concourse 2 and the Terminal 3 are also two hotels with supporting restaurant and meeting room facilities.
