Dar Group is building upon the successes of the past to continue to be a leading global engineering and consulting group.
The group is formed. Architecture and design firm Perkins&Will joins Dar—the first in a number of strategic partnerships.
T.Y.Lin International, a U.S. civil and structural engineering firm, joins Dar Group, increasing its stronghold in the U.S. and opening up new opportunities in Asia.
Dar Group makes its third acquisition, U.K.-based Penspen, an engineering, operations, integrity and maintenance services company for the oil and gas industry.
Dar Group acquires leading U.S. airport and aviation planning consultancy firm Landrum & Brown, opening up the aviation sector in China, Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
The Group further expands its U.S. building system design presence by acquiring Integral Group.
Dar Group acquires American firm Ross & Baruzzini, enhancing its engineering, technology consulting and architectural expertise and capabilities in the aviation, education, government, healthcare and mission critical industries.
Dar Group acquires the U.K.-based consultancy firm Currie & Brown, which in 2016 itself acquired Sweett Group plc to complement and enhance the Group’s existing project management offering, whilst also increasing its foothold in existing and new markets.
Dar Group acquires Italian engineering company Maffeis providing specialist engineering services for Tension Membrane/Fabric Structures and ETFE foil designs for long span structural applications such as stadia covers, facades and retractable roofs.
Dar enters a strategic partnership with GPO Group, an international multi sector engineering company, offering planning, design and operation services for transportation, building, environment and automotive projects.
The Group acquires a strategic 25.9% equity stake in Worley.
